You have a consistent practise that you have been dedicated to for at least two years.
A qualified Yoga Teacher is willing to recommend that you are ready to attend a Teacher Training Course.
You are prepared to commit to a month of study, maintaining your regular practise, completing homework assignments and acknowledge to yourself that the hours will be long and will require a lot of energy.
You are open minded and prepared to learn new and different styles of Yoga, techniques and philosophies: you are prepared to broaden your horizons.
We have designed this training with the best teachers available in their fields in order to impart to the students the passion they feel for their subject. The course focuses on providing a safe space and a nurturing atmosphere for an in depth study of the practice of yoga. This enables the student to deepen their personal practice and find their unique voice as a skilled yoga teacher.
During our teacher training program we will explore the essence of each pose, with the goal of enabling our students to have all the tools possible to teach inspirational yoga classes.
We are also looking for students with a genuine desire for yoga, willing to immerse themselves into the intensive weekends. The course will be challenging, but incredibly rewarding too, both in terms of your development as a Yogi and your new found skills as a teacher. Whilst your own practise will certainly develop throughout the course, the primary purpose of the course is to teach you how to teach – a very different skill. The best practitioners do not always make the best teachers! With many thousands of hours of teaching between them, our teachers will show you how to tailor a class to the students in the room. This is only possible with a solid grounding in your subject matter, giving you the flexibility and confidence to see what your students need and to give it to them.
All modules in the course are taught by resident Red Hot Yoga teachers, so you can not only benefit from their specific expertise on Teacher Training, but can also practise their classes and see them practise what they preach in a living, breathing, yoga studio.
On completion, the student will be able to teach a strong yoga class grounded in a competent knowledge of human anatomy, the psychology of practice, the teaching & learning cycle, and yogic tradition.
The key areas covered as part of the Course Syllabus are:
The course also includes modules on the soft skills required to make a successful career in teaching Yoga, including how to market yourself; using social media and other platforms to advertise your classes and build a following; how to set yourself up as a sole trader and manage your tax affairs; how to create an effective biography and CV and many more!
The course will include continuous assessment as well as practical and written examinations. In order to Graduate and receive certification, students must complete the following:
These rules may seem stern, but experience has shown that only a structured approach leads to consistently good teaching and consequently, confident, well-equipped teachers. Please respect us as your teachers as we will support and respect each and every one of you.
The cost of the course is £3250, with a non-refundable £600 deposit to reserve your space. The balance is payable before 10th June 2018. We are also able to offer a payment plan – this requires a £1000 deposit, then 4 monthly payments of £687.50, totalling £3,750.
The number of students on the course will be strictly limited to ensure individual attention.

I have a relaxed & open approach to teaching and use simple language and gentle encouragement to help people focus on their yoga journey, whatever that might be to them.
My passion is watching my students develop physically, mentally and emotionally. I became a Yoga teacher to try to inspire others, as I have been inspired.
Following a vinyasa style, my classes are often supported with carefully curated playlists which helps encourage students to take their practice to their own limit.
In my classes I gently guide students through strong & dynamic flows. I love to share my passion of yoga with others, believing in and embracing the many benefits that it has to offer.
As a teacher, I love seeing the progression of new students in their honeymoon of discovery on the mat. As a student, I am forever grateful for the practice.
Asana practice is like a key that unlocks a different place of strength, love & vulnerability. I share from this place of discovery and hope to inspire others to stay with their practice and find this too.

Yoga makes you feel better - that is why I love practising and teaching; it reminds us to check in with ourselves, to observe and breathe.
I am truly grateful to be able to teach and share with others what has inspired me so much over the last few years. I love seeing the positive and uplifting changes within my students, and how there is no end to how much you can grow and learn with Yoga.
