The Importance of Your Hands in Yoga

Handstands and Elbow balance both grow from having the correct foundation in the hands, action in the fingers and awareness in the feet. The right foundation creates the right effect and benefits. Two wonderful poses to learn to dissolve conditioned fear, encourage new perceptions and boost you with energy: ‘A yogic coffee!’
