What does it mean to be free?

Why is it so important to find freedom so we can live in harmony with ourselves and others?

Freedom in the physical body is felt when there is a feeling of unending space, comfort, balance and ease. Freedom in the mind is silence, stillness and complete connection to everything around us. Freedom from society is being your authentic self: not allowing what you have been told, or conditioned to think is real, engross or limit you.

Yoga asana gives us the tools to experience freedom in our bodies. Meditation allows us to touch silence. The desire and willingness to ‘let go’ and be open allows us to be freed from material rigidity and rules.

Choose right now to be free… Life is beautiful …
