Healthy Apple Crumble

This is a recipe for Healthy Apple Crumble! I made this healthier version up myself, it has no sugar, no wheat flour, no dairy, full of natural goodness.

For the crumble:
8 tbsp organic oats
3 tbsp coconut flour
3 tbsp raw organic honey
3 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp cinnamon

For the filling:
4 apples peeled & quartered
Honey to sweeten to, to your taste
Sprinkle of Nutmeg
Sprinkle of Cloves
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Cook the apples in boiling water on the hob adding in the spices for a few minutes until they soften slightly.

Place apples in a dish cover over with the oaty crumble & bake in the oven atΒ 180 degrees for 15 minutes
