    Teacher Training

    Our training school has met the stringent requirements set by Yoga Alliance Professionals, demonstrating that our courses are of the highest standard and that our graduates may use the title 'Registered Yoga Teacher' RYT as a sign of quality training when they register themselves with Yoga Alliance Professionals. Our 200 Hour Teacher Training course is designed to give you the skill set you need to teach your own preferred style of class, whether to an individual or a large group.  The course includes Teaching Medothology, Anatomy, Yoga Philosophy & History as well as exploring different styles of Yoga and teaching.  Our next course starts in April 2018 and we are enrolling students now!

    We offer the widest range of Yoga & Pilates classes anywhere in Surrey, from Traditional Mysore Ashtanga, to Candlelit Hot Yoga. Check out our Classes page for a list of all our classes and use our class finder to choose the perfect class for you.  We also host regular workshops on a range of topics, from advancing your Yoga practise to exploring the Anatomy. Read about our upcoming workshops on the Workshops & Courses page. Workshops are a great way to advance your practise, deepen your knowledge and, most importantly, have fun with your Yoga! With workshops and courses running most weekends, there is always something new to explore.
