    Michelle Berrange will be teaching a fabulous hot class on Xmas day, Boxing day & New Years day. Helping to revitalise you and relieve any Christmas sluggishness!

    The proceeds from the classes will go to the Alzheimers Society.

    Xmas day: 10am - 11.30am
    Boxing Day: 10am - 11.30am
    New Years Day: 11am - 12.30am
